OFFICIAL // CTG NATIONAL // AI LAB · 30,000 SQ FT · OAK RIDGE, TN

The AI Lab.

One floor where we test, build, develop, train, and innovate — the next generation of hardware, orchestration, and agentic systems. It's our integration and validation lab, our executive briefing center, and the room where OEMs and customers meet to build what's next.

01 // WHY IT EXISTS

We figure it out here — so it already works when it reaches you.

A misbehaving GPU at the OEM's dock is paperwork. A misbehaving GPU at your production cutover is a 2am phone call and a quarter you don't get back. A promising AI demo that has never been tested is a budget line with no floor under it.

The lab moves all of that discovery to a place we control. We pre-rack and validate the hardware, build and tear down the agent systems, benchmark the inference stacks, and prove the architecture against real workloads — before any of it touches your environment.

It's also where people meet: OEMs co-developing reference builds, client teams getting trained on what they'll operate, and leadership working through a roadmap with the engineers who'll deliver it. When we recommend a stack, we've already built it here.

02 // WHAT HAPPENS HERE

Eight functions. One floor.

Research, validation, development, training, and collaboration happen in the same physical space — because the questions they answer are increasingly the same question.

FN / 01

Research & innovation

Where we test the next generation of hardware, orchestration, and agentic systems — before any of it reaches a client engagement. We learn here so you don't have to learn in production.

FN / 02

Hardware testing & validation

GPU validation, storage benchmarking, and network-fabric burn-in against real workloads. NCCL all-reduce, sustained throughput, thermal soak — documented per system.

FN / 03

Integration & validation lab

Value-added services done right: imaging, firmware, asset tagging, kitting, and acceptance testing — so cutover on your floor doesn't surprise anyone.

FN / 04

Orchestration & agentic development

We build and tear down agent systems, graph workflows, and self-hosted inference stacks — proving what's true on real hardware before we recommend it.

FN / 05

OEM collaboration

A neutral floor where our anchor OEMs co-develop reference architectures with us — and where new technology gets proven against real integration before it ships.

FN / 06

OEM & customer training

Hands-on enablement for partner and client teams — on the hardware, the stacks, and the AI systems they'll operate after we leave.

FN / 07

Executive Briefing Center

A space to bring your leadership in, see systems running live, and work through architecture and roadmap with the engineers who build them.

FN / 08

Secure warehouse

Receipt, staging, and chain-of-custody under our certified security program — every system racked, configured, and burnt in before it leaves the building.

03 // IN THE LAB WITH US

Our partners build here too.

The lab isn't ours alone. Anchor OEMs co-develop, validate, and train on the floor — which is how we stay ahead of what's shipping next.

Cisco

Networking & datacenter fabric — joint reference builds and validation.

Dell

Compute and infrastructure — co-engineering and pre-deployment staging.

NVIDIA

GPU compute and AI infrastructure — cluster validation and benchmarking.

Poolside AI

Frontier models and agentic development — building and proving production AI.

04 // CASE STUDY

From unboxing to production in four days.

CUSTOMER Private-equity-backed NeoCloud — aggressive time-to-revenue, the most stringent test of deployment speed there is.

A NeoCloud provider needed GPU capacity earning revenue fast — the most stringent test of deployment speed there is. We built an AI-driven, vendor-agnostic provisioning platform (PXE, Redfish, DHCP, TFTP, HTTP, Ansible) that took raw hardware to a validated, production-ready cluster in four working days — and made it repeatable for the next cluster, not a one-off.

4 days Unboxing to production
85%+ Faster vs. traditional
24 GPU nodes, in parallel
192 GPUs configured
100% Node consistency
0 Configuration drift
DAY 1

Physical setup

Unbox, inspect, and rack 24 GPU nodes.

DAY 2

Cabling & network

Power, fabric, and management connectivity.

DAY 3

Automated provisioning

All 24 nodes in parallel — BIOS, OS, drivers, and CUDA via Redfish and Ansible.

DAY 4

Validation & go-live

Automated GPU health checks; 192 GPUs cleared for production.

Vendor-agnostic by design — the same open-protocol framework provisions across Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Supermicro. A complete, auditable deployment record is generated automatically.

05 // WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"01
We have relied heavily on the expertise, knowledge, and professionalism of CTG. They have been more than willing to support us in large and small efforts, extremely tight deadlines, and off-the-wall requests. They have been an integral part of our success this year, and we could not have done it without them.

VISIT

Come see it. Bring your hardest problem.

Book a working visit or an executive briefing. Bring an architecture diagram, a model card, or a workflow you'd like to automate — we'll show you the equivalent on the floor and what we'd do differently, engineer to engineer.
