Privacy policy.

The short version: we collect the contact information you give us, use it to respond and improve the Site, and don't sell it. The detail is below.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how CTG National, a Cohesive Technology Group company ("CTG National," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with ctgnational.com (the "Site").

In plain English: we collect the contact information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the Site, and we use it to respond to you and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide — when you submit a contact form, request a session, or email us: your name, business email, company, phone (if provided), and the contents of your message.
  • Usage and device data — collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, recorded in standard server logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — small files used to operate the Site and, where enabled, to measure aggregate usage. See the Cookies section below.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to inquiries and route engagement requests to the right team;
  • provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • understand aggregate usage so we can make the Site more useful;
  • comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
  • detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, or misuse.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Site to function. Where analytics are enabled, we configure them to anonymize IP addresses and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality. We honor "Do Not Track" signals where technically feasible.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — vetted vendors who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, email, and form-handling), bound by contract to protect it and use it only for the services we direct;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CTG National, our clients, or others; and
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Policy.

6. Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as the business relationship is active, plus a retention period of up to seven (7) years for accounting and regulatory purposes. Server logs are rotated at ninety (90) days. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Security

CTG National operates under certified quality and security programs (including ISO 9001 and CMMC Level 2). We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To make a request, email privacy@ctgnational.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days). We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

9. Data location and transfers

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below and, where appropriate, by a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Contact us

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact our privacy team. We respond promptly and within the period required by law.
