1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how CTG National, a Cohesive Technology Group company ("CTG National," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with ctgnational.com (the "Site").
In plain English: we collect the contact information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the Site, and we use it to respond to you and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- → Information you provide — when you submit a contact form, request a session, or email us: your name, business email, company, phone (if provided), and the contents of your message.
- → Usage and device data — collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, recorded in standard server logs.
- → Cookies and similar technologies — small files used to operate the Site and, where enabled, to measure aggregate usage. See the Cookies section below.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- → respond to inquiries and route engagement requests to the right team;
- → provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- → understand aggregate usage so we can make the Site more useful;

- → detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, or misuse.
6. Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as the business relationship is active, plus a retention period of up to seven (7) years for accounting and regulatory purposes. Server logs are rotated at ninety (90) days. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Security
CTG National operates under certified quality and security programs (including ISO 9001 and CMMC Level 2). We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To make a request, email privacy@ctgnational.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days). We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
